This new service offers a range of enhancements:
- Added functionality provides greater content, functions and controls.
- If you use CAO and ATI, you will be able to see all your news and data in one place.
- If you do not already use ATI, then you now have the opportunity to upgrade to our full Finance Research service complete with detailed profiles on over 1,700 airlines.
- Integrated service providing an improved interface within flightglobal.com. Experience a new design that reflects the award winning flightglobal.com, plus a more intuitive navigation and better user experience.
You will also benefit from enhanced search capabilities, additional download features and a My Flightglobal dashboard. You will also be able to use the new alerts service to have the news you need sent straight to your desktop.

Will I have to change my password?
No, your existing password will be moved over to the new service. If it isn't already, your username will be the email address that you have already provided. In the unlikely event that you have difficulty logging into the new service, please contact us on prosupport@flightglobal.com and we will ensure that we resolve any problems you are experiencing ASAP.
Will I have to pay more?
No, you will have access to the new service without any change to the price for the duration of your existing subscription.
Will I still be able to access CAO?
Yes, this service will become the new Flightglobal Pro service from June. As an existing user you will automatically receive an upgrade to the most comprehensive package through to the end of your existing subscription. When your contract comes up for renewal you can either keep the comprehensive package or you will have the choice to return to your original package.
What do the packages mean?
We've tailored packages into four broad sectors, ensuring that you get more of what's useful to you. The four packages are MRO, Air Transport Services, Finance and Network. We hope to add more in the future.
I have other options, such as AirportCharges and ICAOData... what does that mean?
You can still access these services in the usual way. We will also be integrating these services more fully into the new Flightglobal Pro services in the future.
I'm a user of both ATI and CAO, what does that mean for me?
As a subscriber to both ATI & CAO, you will benefit from being able to access all your news and data within one new service. You will have one username and password and your new email alerts will contain all the news you used to receive from separate ATI and CAO email alerts.
